How do I return an item?
Hassle-Free Returns at Shopfreely.com!
At Shopfreely.com, we stand by our products and our customers. We know how important a hassle-free return policy is when shopping online, especially when buying furniture & decor with style for your home or personal space. Feel confident shopping with Shopfreely.com knowing that you can return the product(s) you purchased for any reason at all, as long as it is within 30 days of the product(s) delivery to you. Almost all products on Shopfreely.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its Shopfreely.com page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@Shopfreely.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number which is to be noted on the outside of the package. The Return Authorization Number allows our warehouse to identify your return when it arrives and helps us credit you properly. Returns sent back without the Return Authorization Number noted on them could be missed or not received. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the product(s) via the payment method that was originally used (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal, Google Checkout, etc.).
Shipping Damage or Error
At Shopfreely.com, we strive to ship orders quickly and with precision so that our customers receive the correct product(s) in the expected amount of time. We work diligently to make sure that our catalog contains quality products that do not damage easily during transit and we work closely with our warehouses to make sure that products are packed & packaged properly. Damages and shipping errors are rare but when they do occur, proper procedure in identifying the damage to the shipping carrier is very important. If you notice any damage at the time of delivery (even something minor), please notate “Damaged” next to your signature when accepting the package. Many times, outer packaging appears damaged but the inner packaging is intact.
If there are any problems with your order at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service department at Service@Shopfreely.com within 24 hours so that we can ensure that replacement parts are sent out at no charge to you. If we cannot replace the missing or damaged parts, we will have the shipping carrier pick up your product(s) and a new order will be shipped out to you. Please note that the original packaging must always be used when returning product(s).
Cancelling your Order
At Shopfreely.com, we pride ourselves on fast shipping. We aim to ship all orders within 24 business hours but some products on Shopfreely.com might take longer due to the custom nature of the product or due to low stock levels. Please keep in mind that once your order has shipped out, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse a delivery, the round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at Service@Shopfreely.com as soon as possible so that our customer service team can determine if your order can be cancelled.
Refunds and Credits
There may be instances when Shopfreely.com decides to issue a refund or credit to the customer instead of sending free replacement parts or a new product. Refunds or credits can be expedited through proper communication with the Shopfreely.com customer service team at Service@Shopfreely.com before shipping the merchandise back. You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We know how important your refund is to you, and we aim to issue it as soon as the returned merchandise has arrived and been inspected.
Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail about your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can also send us an email or contact us to initiate a return. Please reach out to us before shipping your back so that we can ensure receipt of the return, and that the refund is given.
International Shipping Powered by
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
